Bigg Boss 16 October 31 Day 31 Live Written Updates: Archana Gautam & Priyanka Chahar Choudhary Declare War Against Each Other

A lot happened over the weekend in the Bigg Boss house and we’re still trying to wrap our heads around the drama. While there was no elimination, host Salman Khan returned after a week-long hiatus to give a piece of his mind to the contestants. Ankit Gupta and Sumbul Touqeer faced Salman’s wrath as he declared they needed guardians in the game. However, the highlight of the episode was when Salman asked Gautam Vig if he would accept the captaincy in exchange for the house ration. To everyone’s surprise, Gautam accepted the offer, and the entire house turned against him (with Soundarya Sharma being the exception, of course). And well, going by today’s promo clip, looks like the housemates are still angry, with more fights yet to make their way. So without further ado, here are the updates of the day 31 episode.

Sajid pulls Abdu’s leg and discusses his “wife”.

09:50 PM

Archana discusses Gautam with Soundariya and warns her against his behaviour. “Woh pyaar nahi karta,” says Archana. Archana also says that her dancing with Shiv looked bad.

Soundarya tries to bridge the gap between Archana and Gautam. However, Archana refuses. 

09:54 PM

Abdu gasps after looking at Nimrit getting ready and then flirts with her. He then goes and flirts with Soundarya. Nimrit asks if he is trying to make her jealous. Abdu then gives his number to Tina, Archana, Nimrit, and Priyanka.

Tina scolds Gautam for not taking his captaincy duties seriously. Meanwhile, Archana sleeps instead of doing her lunch duty.

10:00 PM

Shalin tries to convince Archana to do her duty and make the food. Archana says no. 

10:03 PM

Gautam says Archana will not cook at night because she didn’t take her duties in the afternoon seriously. Archana declares she will cook regardless of who stops her.

Soundarya gives food to Archana and this pisses off Gautam. He says that Soundarya is supporting Archana even after she disrespected him.

Abdu and Shiv discuss Tina. They talk about how she is a liar. Shiv then goes to Tina and asks why did she decide to do Bigg Boss. Tina then asks why Shiv can’t get along with Shalin.

Shekar Suman takes the stage. He compares the contestants to the cricketers and the game show to a match.

Shekar makes fun of Nimrit and Soundarya for speaking in English.

Shekhar asks Shiv to make a Bigg Boss tea. He asks who he thinks is a deserving captain, to which he says is Nimrit. Shiv is then asked about a contestant who just focuses on the game and Shiv takes Archana’s number. Shiv chooses Priyanka as the fielder aka someone who needs to jump everywhere. Shiv then chooses Shalin as the most unfair player. Shiv chooses Abdu as the player who can be the most relied on. Shiv says Sumbul is the player whose existence doesn’t matter. He says Gautam is the player whose actions don’t match his words. He chooses Ankit as the “out of form” player. Shiv chooses Sajid as the contestant who only gives gyan. Shiv chooses Tina as an all-rounder and someone who has her own game zone. Lastly, he chooses himself as the most aggressive player.

Archana and Priyanka get into an argument over how to knead the flour. Priyanka calls Archana “stupid” and asks her to shut up. Priyanka then declares she’ll never make chapatis for Archana. Gori supports Priyanka.

10:27 PM

For the first time in the season, Ankit speaks up and explains why Gautam’s decision is so problematic.

10:31 PM

Archana and Priyanka lock horns after Shekhar Suman leaves. Priyanka declares she will set her right and calls Archana a “possessive saas” in the kitchen. Archana asks her to bug off and make Ankit dance instead.

10:35 PM

Gautam sits with Priyanka and requests her to make chapatis. Meanwhile, Archana discusses Priyanka with Shalin who says that Priyanka is rocking the game after using the politician’s formula.

Archana enters the kitchen but Gautam forbids her from cooking for others. Archana loses her cool and calls everyone a “snake”.

Soundarya discusses Archana’s mentality with Shiv and Stan.

Shalin and Gautam discuss how Archana is out of topics now. During the conversation, Shalin also raises her Soundarya is being so friendly with Shiv. Tina asks him to stay away from their personal matter but Shalin doesn’t pay any heed.

Shalin and Tina sit down to discuss their feelings for each other. Shalin accuses Tina of badmouthing him and saying he is not trustworthy.

10:42 PM

Stan, Gori, and Shiv discuss Tina’s cunning game.

Shalin asks everyone if he has ever said anything wrong about Tina and everyone says “no”. However, Nimrit says that Tina has expressed her disappointment with Shalin at various points.

Shalin pulls Gautam’s leg by saying how Soundarya is always controlling him. Nimrit and Shalina ct like Gautam and Soundarya.

Shalin tries making amends with Tina.

Bigg Boss sends chicken for Shalin along with a sarcastic letter.

Archana again enters the kitchen and starts making chapatis. Gautam tries to stop her.

Priyanka says Archana has started feeling like the kitchen belongs to her. Archana declares she will teach Priyanka a lesson.

Archana calls Priyanka captain ki chamchi.

It’s masti time in the room for six. Abdu, Shiv, and Stan play around with each other.

Gautam and Stan sit together at night. Stan says I want to test everyone’s friendship right now and reveals how there is a problem with the group and group members’ hypocrisy. He complains that they are not letting him play the individual game and also expresses his disappointment with the fact that Shiv did not name him while making the Bigg Boss cricket team.
