Any interview is all about putting your best foot forward. When you are facing the question of why you should be selected, talk yourself up. Take a look at this example: “My positive attitude, will to learn and grow, work ethic and long-term goals align with the job requirements, making me a committed and valuable asset to the company.” Don’t oversell yourself but make sure you sound confident.
Talk About Why It Is Better To Hire A Fresher
You can use being a fresher as a positive while appearing for a job interview. Speak up about how as a newcomer in the field, you can be moulded in the best way possible. “Everyone needs a platform to showcase their skills and so do I. As a fresher, I will look at everything with a fresh pair of eyes, which can be an asset to your brand. All I need is a chance to prove myself and I am sure you can mould me in the best version of myself.“
