Ahead Of Karan Kundra’s BB Entry, Anusha Dandekar Gets Candid About Their Breakup

Reality shows follow a simple rule–the more controversial the contestants, the better! This especially stands true in the case of Bigg Boss, the mother of the most controversial reality shows out there. Well, the all-new season of BB is set to air next week onwards and we think the makers have scored pretty well in the controversial celeb department with Karan Kundra. It is now confirmed that he is all set to enter the Bigg Boss 15 house next week and given that he has generated ample headlines in the past year or so, we look forward to his Bigg Boss innings.

Even during the first pandemic lockdown in 2020 when most celebs were hibernating at their homes, Karan was in the limelight owing to a bitter breakup with Anusha Dandekar. The two looked like the perfect couple until they were no more and the fans just had one question–what went wrong? Well, the MTV VJ and actress just revisited the question in an Instagram AMA session recently after a fan asked her the real reason behind their breakup.

“We deserve more honesty, love, and happiness. And it starts with self-love. So I chose myself. That’s it,” Anusha wrote in her answer which in a way confirms some speculations that were earlier being made about Karan. Last year, Anusha had taken to Instagram to talk about the messy breakup and how she was being trolled for being a ‘Love Professor’ who couldn’t handle her own relationship. “So here it is, before the year ends…Yes I did a show called Love School, yes I was your Love Professor, yes everything I shared and the advice I gave has always been real and from my heart… yes I love hard, so hard… yes I don’t leave till there is nothing left for me to try and fight for, yes even I’m human, yes even I lost myself and some of my self-respect, yes I’ve been cheated and lied to… yes I waited for an apology, which never came, yes I learnt I actually had to apologise and forgive myself… And yes I grew, have grown and will continue to grow from all of it and look at the positive (sic),” she had written.

Anusha’s reply to the question of breakup confirms that she was in fact talking about Karan when she mentioned lying and cheating. Interestingly, he never commented on the topic and once dodged the question by saying, “I have remained silent out of respect for the relationship and I would like to keep it that way. At this point, I am also thinking about two families. I, too, can turn around and say a lot of things, but that’s not me. What she shared was her perspective.”

Well, now that Anusha has talked about it yet again right before Karan’s BB entry, we are guessing that some feathers might have been ruffled. We look forward to seeing if he finally has something substantial to say on the topic!
