Ananya Panday Wants To Make Her Debut Again With This Actress’ Role In The Archies!

The year was 2019, and a star kid made headlines for debuting in the much-awaited sequel of Student Of The Year. Yes, you guessed it! We’re talking about Ananya Panday. In the next four years, Ananya grabbed some of the biggest projects and worked with renowned directors. However, she recently said that she would love to make her acting debut all over again. And for that, she’s willing to steal an actor’s role!

In a candid chit-chat with a leading daily, she spoke about her life as an actor and her upcoming film, Dream Girl 2. When asked about the one thing she wants to steal from her fellow stars, the Gehraiyaan actress said that she’d like to steal Khushi Kapoor’s role in her debut movie, The Archies. For the unversed, Khushi will be essaying the character of Elizabeth Betty Cooper in the film.

Revealing the reason for the same, Ananya shared that it has been her dream to work with Zoya Akhtar. If given a chance, she’d love to do a film with her.

Ananya started her acting career at the age of 20 with KJo’s directorial, Student Of The Year 2 alongside Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria. In the same year, she bagged a role in Kartik Aaryan and Bhumi Pednekar starrer Pati Patni Aur Woh and garnered immense love for her acting. In 2020, she appeared in the action film Khaali Peeli, starring Ishaan Khatter. Cut to 2022, Ananya got to work with Deepika Padukone and Siddhant Chaturvedi in Gehraiyaan. She’s all set to appear in the coming-of-age film Kho Gaye Hum Kahan and Dream Girl 2.
