Ananya Panday has really been wowing everyone with her indoor photoshoots this entire year. From mirror selfies to pictures of her putting on a DIY face mask, she’s pretty much proved that she’s just like any of us. Well, we love her for it.
Recently, she shared pictures of herself where she’s dipped from head to toe in chocolate brown (we told you monochrome was making a comeback). Not just the outfit though, even her hair and makeup were brown toned and the entire ensemble looks stunning.
Here’s How To Recreate Ananaya Panday’s Brown Makeup Look:
If you’re sitting at home and getting bored and want to try your hands at blending, we’ve got a beauty breakdown of the Kaali Peeli actor’s look:
Step One: Prime your skin with a mattifying primer that will fill in your pores and keep the sebum in check. Once it settles into your skin, go in with a matte foundation that you can dab in with a beauty blender.
Step Two: Apply a concealer that is one or two shades lighter than your skin tone to the centre of your face i.e. your T-zone, under your eyes the bridge of your nose, and your chin. Blend it all well and then go in with a cream contour to lightly contour your cheekbones and jawline.
Step Three: Set your under-eye concealer in place with loose powder and dust the excess on the rest of your face. Use a bronzing powder to set the contoured areas in place. You can also add the tiniest amount of bronzer and blush and apply it lightly on the cheeks to add some colour.
Step Four: For the eyes take that same bronzer and apply it to your crease, lightly sweep it all across your lid, and then use a dark brown shadow to line your upper lashline. This will not be as dramatic as a black liner but will give you some definition. Then apply mascara to both your top and lower lashes.
Step Five: Fill in your brows with a brow pencil and set it in place using a brow gel.
Step Six: Use a brown lip liner and a brown creamy matte lipstick on your lips to bring the look together.
Step Seven: Spritz on makeup setting spray and you’re done!

For hair, we love the colour she’s chosen which is a dark chocolate brown shade with hits on lighter tones. It looks gorgeous in the sunlight too. For styling, she’s gone for loose, beachy waves cause you can always feel like you’re on vacation even when you’re sitting at home. Here’s how to style your hair:
Step One: Start with a few sprays of heat protectant on your hair and then roughly straighten it out. It doesn’t have to be too sleek, just straight enough that they are easy to work with.
Step Two: Take two-inch sections and grab your hair from the root, keep your straightener away from your face and glide through the strand slowly.
Step Three: When you unclamp your iron, you’ll see loose curls. Go on to do this with the rest of your hair and keep in mind that it doesn’t have to be perfect.
Step Four: Run your fingers through the hair, spray texturizing spray and you’re done!
