37 Crore House & 2 Flats For Sister, Everything To Know About Alia Bhatt’s Recent Luxury Purchases

From winning awards to welcoming her first child, Alia Bhatt is having the best time of her life. And that’s why she is on cloud nine. The actress is all set to make her big MET gala debut as well and we are loving it. Well, there’s another exciting update that’s adding to all this happiness. Alia Bhatt has reportedly purchased a swanky new apartment in Mumbai’s Pali Hill.

However, the apartment is for her production company, Eternal Sunshine Production Pvt. Ltd., and comes at a whopping cost of 37.80 crore.

The house is spread over nearly 2500 sq. ft. carpet area, which costs around 1.51 lakh per sq. ft., making it one of the most expensive property deals. Moreover, the apartment is located in Aerial View Cooperative Housing Society Limited in Pali Hill and the actress has paid a stamp duty of Rs. 2.26 crores. 

Well, that’s not it! There are more luxurious purchases Alia has done recently. As per a report, Alia has also gifted two lavish apartments to her badi behen Shaheen Bhatt. Spread across 2086.75 sq. ft., the flats are located in the Gigi Apartments in Juhu. The actress has paid a stamp duty of Rs. 30.75 lakhs for the same and the flats are priced at Rs. 7.68 crores. Wah! Behen ho toh aisi.
