After Alia, Ranbir Kapoor Talks About Marriage & Looks Like The Good News Is Not Far!
Ever since Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt made a rocking entry at Sonam Kapoor’s wedding reception together, the news of them being a couple started doing the rounds. Love blossomed between the duo during the shoot of Brahmastra and we have to admit that they look amazing together.
And without wasting any more time, Ranbir gracefully admitted that it was true and he and Alia are actually together. He confirmed the news during an interview when he said:
“It’s really new right now, and I don’t want to overspeak. It needs time to breathe and it needs space. As an actor, as a person, Alia is – what’s the right word? – flowing right now. When I see her work, when I see her act, even in life, what she gives is something that I’m aspiring to for myself. It’s new for us, so let it cook a bit.”
Super sweet, right? Well, it did not just end there. When asked what was the best thing about being newly in love, he had a most amazing answer to it:
“It always comes with a lot of excitement. It’s a new person, it comes with new beats. Old tricks become new tricks again – you know, being charming and romantic, all of that. I think I’m more balanced today. I value relationships more. I can appreciate hurt and what it does to a person much more than I could a couple years back.”
Well, it seems like Ranbir has really gotten serious with his love life and is planning to tie the knot soon. In a recent social media chat that he had with his fans, when asked about his marriage plans, Ranbir’s reply must have made his fans (and Alia) very happy. “Soon hopefully” – just two words, but we guess that’s all the confirmation we need right now.
And not just this, in a recent interview Alia also hinted at getting married soon. Here’s what she said:
“I am not someone who plans out my life thinking, ‘Well, that’s how it should be done.’ I feel the best things in life should happen when they are least expected. Maybe, people expect me to get married at 30, but I might surprise myself as well and get married before that.”
Well, well! Alia is also seen bonding pretty well with Ranbir’s family, especially his mother Neetu and sister Riddhima. So, are we going to hear wedding bells ringing in Bollywood soon? *Fingers crossed*
