Aishwarya Mohanraj is one of the most popular stand-up comedians in India. Not just her stand-up shows, her fans and followers also enjoy her social media content. Aishwarya married One Clap Hand founder Aakash Shah in 2022. Ever since their marriage, the comedian has been consistently making content with her husband. While most people love it, a few feel Aishwarya overuses her marriage for content. Her latest reel has triggered all these haters.
Aishwarya recently attended a Coldplay concert with her husband and the two were over the moon! She posted a reel on Instagram while ticking one of her dreams off the bucket list. However, her post left a section of netizens talking. Aish’s reel was captioned, “Your husband fulfills your dream you saw with your ex-boyfriend.” This did not sit well with some people on the internet who started attacking the comedian and calling her names.
Haters are after Aish and calling her out for using her husband as an “ATM”. Others have a problem with the comedian comparing her husband with an ex. One user wrote, “What is wrong with this woman! Your husband is taking you to a freaking concert and all you could remember in that moment is how your ex said he’d do that for you.” Another one has added, “Out of all the content creators Tanmay has given us, she is the worst.”
A few netizens also took this to Twitter! Here are some of the tweets:
Well, these trolls clearly don’t know Aishwarya doesn’t need a husband or anyone to provide for her. Many did not even understand the sarcasm behind her caption. The ex that she is referring to, is Aakash who is now her husband! More importantly, who are we to comment if her husband is okay with Aishwarya’s jokes? If the trolls are yet to grasp it, Aishwarya was craking a JOKE!
TBH, the internet really needs to calm down. You are really signing up for a downward spiral when you start getting mad at jokes which weren’t even cracked at your expense!
