In a world full of exclusivities, makeup is (and should be), all-inclusive. Makeup doesn’t discriminate and it sure isn’t gender-specific! Male beauty bloggers are changing the way we perceive both beauty and genders. Having opened up new avenues for themselves, they’re also taking a stand and proving that a makeup brush isn’t just for women. Some of the best makeup artists and beauty bloggers today are men.
Whether it’s their fierce attitude or their downright honesty, we’ve all picked up a thing or two from these boys. Here’s a list of the best male beauty bloggers we regularly stalk and you should too!
Wayne Goss

A makeup artist and beauty blogger, Wayne has been on my subscriptions list for as long as I can remember. His struggle with cystic acne was one of the many reasons his subscribers found him relatable. Everything I’ve learnt about makeup is by watching his YouTube tutorials. He keeps it real and gives you the best makeup hacks you can actually put to use IRL.
Wayne loves his Charlotte Tilbury products. I picked up the Charlotte Tilbury Air Brush Flawless Finish Skin Perfecting Micro-Powder (Rs 3,227) on his recommendation and I am in LOVE! I’ve already hit pan on my second one and I’m about to order a third.
Manny Gutierrez

Known popularly as Manny MUA, he’s a hottie. Never thought a stubble and a lipstick would look THAT good together! If you’re lacking in the eyeshadow department, you can definitely learn a few tips and tricks from him!
Manny loves him a good highlight, I’ve seen him rave about the Anastasia Beverly Hills glow kits (Rs 2,834)
Jeffree Star

Beauty blogger, makeup artist and beauty brand curator, Jeffree has been making Sundays so much more fun! I’m blown away by his sheer passion for theatrics. His journey began back in 2005 when he was touted as one of the most popular artists on MySpace. He later started blogging and launched his makeup line, which, by the way, is pure envy! Known for his stark reviews, he even called out Kylie Jenner for cheap wands and later for copying his packaging. So if you’re following him, expect some drama!
Jeffree wears a lot of bold, stunna shades from his Velour Liquid Lipstick Collection (Rs 1,428).
Patrick Starrr

Patrick aptly says, “Makeup is the one size fits all”. As a plus sized blogger, Pat has been through his share of criticism and trolling. Instead of letting the social stigma affect him, he embraced all the hate and negativity with pride. One of his most recent achievements has been a collab with M.A.C! But DAMN girl, that contour!
Patrick uses the Brow Wiz by Anastasia Beverly Hills (Rs 1,508) in a lot of his tutorials and ladies, the hype is real. If you want those banging brows – get this now!
James Charles

Probably the youngest of the lot, James has some serious blending skills. If only I had HALF as much talent when I was 17! He started his makeup career on Instagram as an outlet to not only show his skills but also to celebrate and share all sides to his personality. While the blogger feels very strongly about beauty being a genderless industry, James is the official male spokesperson for CoverGirl!
Charles uses the Benefit POREfessional Face Primer (Rs 1,010) to get that airbrushed skin!
Mario Dedivanovic

Celebrity makeup artist and beauty influencer, Mario has always been on my watch list. Luminous Kardashian skin maybe his forte now but his journey wasn’t so easy. He started out as a consultant at Sephora and later moved to professional photoshoots and ended up meeting Kim K. A celebrity makeup artist, he is also currently doing a collab with Clarisonic. If you’re a makeup enthusiast… attending his masterclass NEEDS to be on your list.
Mario uses the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation (Rs 4,590) to give Kim that dewy flawless skin!
