4 slices Bread
Pizza sauce
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 capsicum chopped
1 tomato chopped
1 onion chopped

Saute onion, tomato, and capsicum with some oil

Ingredients
4 bread slices
1 cup onions, chopped
½ cup mixed vegetables
3-4 cubes of cottage cheese
1 tablespoon Whole Wheat Flour (Atta)
½ cup milk, at room temperature
1 teaspoon Oil
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon pizza sauce
Cooking Method:
Take oil in a pan. Heat it, add onions and saute it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add mixed veggies and saute it for 3-4 minutes.
Add flour and mix nicely.
Now add milk, stirring continuously.
Keep stirring till it gets a sauce-like consistency.
Add salt, seasoning, and pizza sauce.
Next, spread this mixture on bread slices and put the slices on a heated pan and cover with a lid for 2-3 minutes.
Serve with ketchup and oregano. Enjoy!

In a mixing bowl mix onion, capsicum, and tomatoes along with yogurt and rava.
Mix well till it forms a thick paste. You can add more yogurt if you feel the mixture is very thick. Add salt and pepper and set aside for 5 minutes.
In a nonstick pan, pour two tbsp oil and place two bread slices next to each other.
Take the spoonful of paste and spread it over each bread as a thin layer.
Drizzle little oil over the thin layer of paste and turn the bread upside down.
Cook for about 3-4 minutes and then carefully turn it over.
Once it’s golden brown, place the bread pizza on a plate and sprinkle some chili flakes and oregano on top of it. Bon appetit!

Ingredients:
8 to 10 bread slices – brown or whole wheat or white bread
3 to 4 medium garlic cloves – finely chopped
1 medium to large capsicum, sliced or chopped
1 medium onion chopped
¼ to ½ teaspoon black pepper powder as per taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large tomato, finely chopped
2 tbsp pizza sauce
Salt as required
Processed cheese or mozzarella cheese – whichever is available
Chili flakes
Oregano
Instructions:
Heat the oil in a pan.
Add finely chopped garlic and saute for half a minute on a low flame.
Add tomatoes and saute till the tomatoes soften on a low flame.
When the tomatoes are softened and you see oil releasing from the mixture, add black pepper and salt.
Then add sliced onions and capsicum.
Stir and saute for 3 to 4 minutes on a low flame. Keep it aside.
Next, apply butter on the bread and lightly toast it on the tawa.
Then apply pizza sauce on the bread and top with veggies.
Sprinkle grated cheese on it.
Place the bread slice over tawa brushed with a generous amount of butter.
