For years I’ve been trying to find the perfect liquid eyeliner with a terrific applicator. Since my hands tend to shake while applying liquid eyeliner, I needed an applicator that offered precision and a good grip. However, working with a liquid eyeliner brush applicator did not do help because of it being bendable. Whenever I tried using one, my unsteady hands always ruined the winged eyeliner. How do you use it?
First, give it a good shake and then, wipe off any excess product on the wheel applicator. Starting from the inner corner of your eye, roll the wheel on your upper lash line towards the outer corner of your eye. Allow the product to sit and dry for 10 seconds and then, open your eyes.
