We are living in the era of Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime and other streaming online streaming platforms, and there’s a slim chance of finding someone who has never binge-watched a show or movies. Honestly, the trend of binge-watching has become so popular that we can barely wait a day to watch the next episode. We can literally watch movies for eight hours straight without pausing, and feel like it’s only been a couple of hours.
When it comes to international cinema, I feel Netflix has a great collection (trust me, I’d know–I’ve already spent hours on it). So much so that “Are you still watching…?” is an everyday statement. Of course, I’m still watching, it’s 2019 and our entire generation is ‘still watching…’. If you’re a Bollywood buff, Amazon Prime will have more options for you.
So whether you like to binge-watch while sipping on wine by yourself or with your squad during a girls night in, we’ve listed our favourite top binge-worthy movies so that you don’t spend hours deciding what to watch. So start binging!
Bollywood Movies You Can Binge-Watch
Every time my buddies and I get together at someone’s home, we either end up YouTubing the latest songs (if we’re in the mood to dance) or we end up scrolling good movies on Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hotstar for hours to find a movie we can all agree to watch. The repeated cycle of scrolling encouraged me to make a list of good movies to watch with friends at a sleepover. The key is to keep it light yet entertaining!
