The countdown has already begun for Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta with only two days left for the couple’s big day. Ahead of the wedding, the Ambanis and the Mehtas organised Anna Seva wherein they served food to over 2000 underprivileged children. However, what drew our attention was the groom-to-be and his cute display of affection for his dulhan.
Conforming to the paps’ request of posing for a bride-groom picture, Akash looked at the shutterbugs and politely asked them to capture the smile of his soon to be wife. Revealing that all the limelight makes Shloka nervous, Akash said, “Shloka ka achha smile nikalna haan please, bahut nervous ho jati hai.”
Awww! Isn’t that just sooo cute??
Well, that’s not all. Soon after, when a few photographers asked Akash for a solo picture, he smiled and quipped, “Shaadi ho raha hai birthday nahi hai. Do body ek soul ho gaya hai.”
A nervous Shloka just couldn’t stop blushing all through this.

While the groom wore a turquoise green kurta with a polka dotted nehru jacket, the bride looked stunning in a pink kurta paired with orange palazzos and dupatta.
Meanwhile, the Ambani residence has been all decked up for the upcoming wedding. Recently a video was doing the rounds on the social media in which Antilia was seen decorated with flowers and strings of lights.
Akash and Shloka are childhood sweethearts who will tie the knot on 9th March at a two-day-long function at the Jio World Centre. The Ambanis and the Mehtas organised a three days long pre-wedding bash for the couple at St. Moritz in Switzerland with a Harry Potter theme that was attended by the entire tinsel town. The Chainsmokers and Coldplay were also invited to perform on one of the three days. Apparently, Grammy Award-winning Maroon 5 will be making their debut India performance at one of the functions.
Reportedly, the mala and mehendi ceremony will be held today.
Last year Akash’s twin sister Isha got married to businessman Anand Piramal in an elaborate star-studded ceremony at the Ambani residence. International sensation Beyonce had her debut concert in India at the couple’s pre-wedding bash in Udaipur.
