2018 seems to be a lucky year for our favourite Bollywood celebrities. Apart from Priyanka Chopra getting engaged to Nick Jonas, B-Town’s cutest couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are reportedly tying the knot in November this year. The adorable Bajirao Mastani couple has been now dating for almost six years, and have finally decided to take the plunge. Even though there is no confirmation from either them or their families yet, a lot of reports and sources close to the couple suggest that this is it – the DeepVeer wedding is definitely happening this year.
According to a report in a famous entertainment magazine, DeepVeer will be tying the knot at Lake Como in Italy on 18 November 2018. The wedding party will comprise of just 30 close friends and family members of the couple. Post that, they will host two grand receptions – one in Mumbai for all the Bollywood biggies, and one in Bengaluru for Deepika’s extended family.

Now that so much information is being circulated about the much-awaited wedding of the year, it is seeming more and more real every day. And if we are to go by all the hints Deepika is dropping, we think that we know who is going to be designing her bridal trousseau. It’s none other than the master of bridal wear – Sabyasachi Mukherjee.

And how do we know this, you ask? Well, we are taking our hints from the bride-to-be herself. Deepika appeared as a guest on a chat show recently and when asked as to who she would pick to design her bridal lehenga between Manish Malhotra and Sabyasachi, she picked the latter. Deepika’s fondness for Sabya’s designs is not hidden. She’s seen donning his creations on a lot of occasions.
Recently, she even liked a few pictures on Sabyasachi’s Instagram feed where he showcased his new bridal collection. Well, we think that’s pretty much all the hints we need to safely assume that Deepika too will be a Sabyasachi bride, just like Anushka Sharma.
