Television couple Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla have been dating for more than three years now. And the lovely couple is finally engaged and are all set to tie the knot in June this year. Last night, Rubina shared a picture on her Instagram, where she’s seen wearing a beautiful ring and captioned it as – ‘And, I said Yes!’.
The couple has never denied their relationship and have always been public about it. They both seem to be nature lovers and often take off on vacations together. In fact, their Instagram is full of gorgeous travel photos.
It was just a couple of weeks back when Rubina had shared a picture on Instagram, sharing with her fans the news of their wedding. The caption read, ‘YES 😇 we @ashukla09 are Going to Begin our New Journey, with proudly embracing each other’s imperfections for an eternity! ☺️☺️! This JUNE will be the Celebration of our BIG Day❤️……. thank you ALL for flooding us with love and good wishes’.
All excited about her wedding, Rubina told a leading daily, ‘Yes we are taking our relationship forward to a new phase… a phase where we will celebrate each other’s imperfection and create memories for a lifetime.’
Reports say that the wedding will take place in Rubina’s hometown Shimla but according to Abhinav, the couple is yet to finalize a date and venue for the big day. He further added, ‘There was no pressure from either side. I was very clear that I won’t get married until I find the person I can be myself with and Rubina is just that. Also, we didn’t need any convincing to make up our minds. We just decided that we needed to take our relationship to the next level after dating for so long.’
Rubina is currently playing the lead in Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki, while Abhinav was last seen in Aksar 2 along with Zareen Khan.
