While we all have been speculating Priyanka Chopra‘s attendance at the big royal wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, Pee Cee finally cleared the air during a recent interview where she was quoted saying that she is not a bridesmaid at Harry and Meghan’s May 19 wedding. Yes, you heard that right folks!
Reports say we won’t get to see a group of bridesmaids as there will only be one maid of honour and best man at the wedding, just like William and Kate had. The role Harry played for William at his big brother’s wedding, William will reciprocate for his little brother. Meanwhile, the details or of Meghan’s maid of honour is still a mystery for all of us.

In an interview given to a women’s magazine, Priyanka shared here excitement about Meghan and her wedding saying, “I’m super excited about her and her big day. It’s not just going to be life-changing for both of them, it’s life-changing for the world that needs to see strong women as icons and I think Meghan has the potential to be that.”
After the Quantico actress met Meghan at the annual ELLE Women in Television dinner in Toronto party, their friendship has got everybody talking. Thanks to Pee Cee and her social media updates which pretty much made it evident that she’s a close friend of Meghan by now. It’s been three years to their friendship.
Priyanka never falls short of words when it comes to praising Meghan Markle. She further said, “She’s just a really real girl. She’s a girl’s girl. She’s a really relatable young woman who is concerned about the world just like you and I are. That’s what I love the most about her. I feel like her authenticity is what’s going to make her really stand out in this new life she’s going to take on.”
