When someone mentions jeans don’t you instantly think of your blue faded denim? New York–based designer Adam Selman is here to change that. His designs are extremely popular amongst celebs, in fact, remember that sheer Swarovski crystal embellished gown Rihanna wore at Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) Fashion Awards? It created a lot of buzz and it was Selman’s work, people! His signature is to take an off-duty staple and give it an unexpected twist that can be labelled as cool and creative.
This time, he had his eyes on the ‘naked trend’ for F/W17’ collection. His designs were all about embroidered sheer pieces and look at the masterpiece he gave us – naked jeans! Yes, you read that right, we now have see-through embroidered tulle jeans on our lust list.
Everyone has had their eyes on them since the show in February. And finally now, this pair has hit the shelves, and lo and behold, they are already sold out.
