It goes without saying that DPad slayed her first ever run on the Cannes red carpet. While we already fan-girled over her first few looks, she gave us this stunning appearance in teal to make a lasting impression, just before departing the film festival. From the sleek updo to the traffic-stopping eye makeup, Dippy was a total natural at wowing internationally.

POPxo Tip: Use L’Oreal Paris Color Riche Le Smoky Eye Pencil in Antique Green, which is exactly what was used to create Dippy’s bright smokey eyes. Take a Q-tip to smoke it out and create those smudged flicks. Finish of with generous coats of mascara. She also flaunted a beige pout in L’Oréal Paris Color Riche Moist Mat in Beige Couture and finished off with a sophisticated updo for a look that was all parts elegant and ethereal.

2. Confident In My Own Skin – Kendall Jenner

Unlike little sis, Kylie, Kendall mostly always prefers to keep her makeup simple and the Cannes red carpet was no different. With a subtle cat-eye, a hint of contouring and nude lips, Kenny’s fresh-faced look pretty much stole the show. A center-parted top knot makes this look such a great and easy option for any of us to try.

POPxo Tip: Be sure to mist your face with some refreshing rose water to make it look bright and rejuvenated before and after you blend on your base. Go easy on the lashes, skip the kajal and don’t overdo the cat-eye flicks either. Invest in a fab MLBB lipstick to rock an envy-worthy pout like Kenny’s. You can also apply some nude eyeshadow to add a super polished vibe to the whole look.

3. Au Naturel – Shruti Haasan

While she went the super dramatic route with her extended eyeliner flicks the previous day, it was her natural look the following day that is definitely our fave. With a plunging neckline and that sparkly diamond necklace, we’re glad Shruti stuck to keeping things simple in terms of her hair and makeup. It totally added to her gorgeous charm.

POPxo Tip: Use some eyeshadow or a brow pencil to fill in those brows as defined eyebrows add so much more to the ‘natural’ look. Swipe on some blush to bring some colour and definition to your cheekbones, just like Shruti. Center-parted hair, blow dried straight is all it takes to ace this look.

4. Femme Fatale – Bella Hadid

POPxo Tip: Get a gel liner and a thin brush to help draw those triangular flicks with precision. She’s also got tiny flicks in the inner corners of the eyes as well. Use a foundation a shade or 2 darker than your natural skin tone across the hollows of your cheeks and blend on some highlighter across the cheekbones for that chiselled, supermodel-esque effect.

Whether it was her borrowed from Cinderella gown or that red hot ruffled wonder, 2017 seems to be a year that Ash can do no wrong on the Cannes red carpet. Favouring bold lips and a rose colour palette for her cheeks and eyes, Ash proved to be every bit the pro beauty she is at this event. Thanks to her stunning sartorial picks paired with feminine and soft makeup, she really is the princess of the Cannes red carpet.

L’Oreal Paris La Palette Nude in Rose was used to create a soft, pretty eye look for all the appearances, along with Super Liner Black Lacquer for some stunning definition. Color Riche Moist Matte Lip Color in Black Cherry was the darker shade used on her on the red carpet.

Whether she was flaunting some magnificent desi fashion or rose gold vibes in her Elie Saab gown, Sonam’s makeup was all about exquisite pink! Soft and romantic, she went with pale pink eyes for the saree look and a more striking pale plus gold look that was finished off with a girly pink-peach pout in both cases. It’s a beauty look we know we’re going to flaunt a lot this season!

POPxo Tip: Using La Palette Nude Eyeshadow in gold as well as True Match Lumi Powder in Rose on the eyes, Sonam’s graceful pink look was created. Be sure to swipe some along the lower lashline as well.
